Try to avoid big busy shirts or tops with a big logo on the front.
Avoid thin stripes, small checks, herring-bone/small gingham if possible as these make digital images look incredibly confusing. It is called moiré. It occurs when the recorded fabric has a repetitive motion that exceeds the sensitivity of the sensor. The camera creates a strange wavy pattern that is very distracting.
Tight dresses usually work better than big tops with bags, especially in the arms, sometimes bags can look big. If you have self-compassion for any part of the body, I can put you in ways that will help other areas.
Darker colors will be lower (and less likely) and lighter colors will come to the fore.
Avoid white and especially very bright / neon if possible because this will be a very bright thing that will disturb the image and the viewer’s eye will be drawn to you instead of your face, we want the viewer to look directly into your eyes (or your face if your eyes are closed).
If you want to wear white/light clothes, it works best if both parents are wearing white/light clothes.
