The Guild of Professional Photographers is the most prestigious association for those dedicated to the art of photography. Every month they run an ‘Image of the Month’ contest which attracts thousands of people.
The images are judged by a panel of experienced judges who select each image with a critical eye according to international judging criteria, some of which include:
– About
-Technical success
– Light
– Presentation
– Creating things
– Variation of colors
– Making etc.
Then the highest scoring images receive Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum (no one has ever gotten platinum!)
In the group of voice artists who –
Platinum Bar -High resolution or high resolution images (only provided for final images)
Gold Bar – Very different images (very rare)
Silver Bar – Very well designed graphics (hard to achieve)
Bronze Circle – Strong photos at the national championship (something to be proud of)
(Those scoring High Bronze, close to Silver will be notified, for personal information)
Selected .. Photos of commendable quality relevant to the category entered but not deemed to have won the national competition.
Don’t score .. Photos that do not reach our ‘Classified’ level will not be graded.
