Record Time

On Monday I had the privilege of working with Liam for less than 2 weeks. From the moment the new couple arrived to the moment they left it was a dream for any newborn photographer. I don’t think Liam opened his eyes once and he let me put him through a lot of changes and a few clothes without flinching. From start to finish this shoot only took me 37 minutes – time to write! The awkward updates were posted a few hours later and the happy parents picked their favorites soon after. Within 24 hours their finished album was sent to them writing a biography of someone in less than 24 hours! The holidays are approaching which means the studio will be empty so I’m entering this transition period. I know soon it won’t be fast!

Dads Can Have Fun, Too.

Mothers are often the ones who come to me wanting their newborns photographed. It can be difficult for men to justify the expense, although they always get a return on the photos. It was refreshing to see Liam’s dad so happy to see his newborn son in such a cute and cute outfit. This session is a reminder that while moms are the ones who want their newborns photographed, dads can have fun too and 99.99% of the time they are happy and thankful they saved this special moment with professional photography.
