There are some families that truly become a part of your heart after years of photographing them, and yours is one of those families for me. Every time we meet, it’s less like a photo session and more like joining a group full of laughter, chaos, warmth, and love in the best possible way. Watching your family grow over the years has been such an amazing gift, and signing up for this new season with baby Dylan at the end has been so special.
Dylan, you are loved by everyone around you. From the moment the session started, your family couldn’t get enough of you. Every little hug, every happy look in your sweet eyes, every proud smile and hug makes it seem like you’ve arrived at a marriage full of love.
Spencer, you have a calm and reassuring presence. Seeing you with Dylan was so beautiful because you could tell how naturally you started to care for him. There was such kindness in every performance, and I know they will watch you as they grow.
And Ciaran… you brought so much fun and personality to this episode. One minute you had everyone laughing, and the next you were silent to look at your sister. It’s the little moments that I always love because they say so much without needing words. It’s already obvious how protective and affectionate you can be with Dylan.
And Shea… good. You were so precious with your baby sister. The look of joy on your face every time you get close to him melts me. There is already such sweetness between you girls, and I can already picture all the future matching outfits, bedtime conversations, and laughs you will all share growing up together.
One of the things I love most about your family is that you enjoy each other’s company. Laughter is constant. The sarcasm is constant in a very funny way. Love feels effortless and deep and secure. Even when they are busy, there is an overwhelming sense that everyone is where they are. Your family feels full in the best way.
And honestly, episodes like this always remind me how good God is. What a blessing it is to see children grow, personalities flourish, and families continue to grow with more love than they ever imagined. Dylan is entering a family already rich with joy, kindness, and connection, and this is a beautiful foundation for a little girl.
Thank you for allowing me to continue writing your article year after year. It is one of the greatest honors of my career. I leave this episode feeling very grateful for all of you and reminding you that the best parts of life are often found right here in the seasons filled with love.
