4Moms Just Remembered How to Install the Car Seat
Haleigh and I are in need of car seats, in fact, most baby gear. ABC Baby Expo is our heaven on earth. When we saw the 4moms automatic car seat installation at a show a few years ago we were excited about the ability to make even the smallest of car seats installed incorrectly. And let’s be honest, it’s a great idea. We were disappointed to learn of the 4moms car seat recall, but we are thankful that the problem should affect only 2% of the 1,622 car seats manufactured in 2016. Read on to learn more.
4 women made the following statement:
“During our research, we found a potential problem with the infant carrier’s attachments – the hooks that secure the carrier to the bottom. In some carriers, the attachment hooks were misaligned, causing them to stick together and fail to stick to the car seat. This defect was observed only after long-term use and testing, and no reports have been made.”
