Dear Cooper,
Oh, sweet boy… you have been incredibly anticipated.
Long before you entered this beautiful world, you were already loved, prayed for, and dreamed of. There was a lot of excitement surrounding the day your family would hold you in their arms, and when the day came, it was as beautiful and exciting as anyone imagined. You are a precious answer to many hopes, and what a gift to finally see you here.
One of my favorite parts of the trip has been watching your mom long before she was “Mom.” I was very happy to know that she was the sweetest mother in the world, and she always showed love to her grandchildren. She never misses an opportunity to celebrate them, spoil them, and make sure they have the best memories captured through photography. He has always loved children with all his heart, and it has been so special to witness that same love being poured into you now.
And your dad… what a joy to see him step into fatherhood with them. The way these two look at you says it all. Their eyes are filled with gratitude, wonder, and love that we cannot describe. You can already tell that your life will be filled with encouragement, laughter, and unwavering love.
Your birth stage was filled with a lot of peace. Every little stretch, every little yawn, every hug feels like a reminder that sometimes the sweetest is also the quiet. These are the days that one day will feel like they passed in the blink of an eye, even though right now they are with you every minute.
Cooper, I hope one day you look back at these photos and see how much fun you had from the beginning. Before you say a word or take your first action, you are already changing lives by being here. Your arrival brought great joy to your loved ones, and your story has just begun.
To your sweet mom and dad, thank you for letting me witness this amazing part of your life. It has been a great privilege to celebrate with you this long awaited blessing. My heart is so full to watch your family begin this beautiful new journey.
God has been so faithful, and I pray that His blessings will continue to cover your family as Cooper grows. May your home be filled with peace, laughter, grace, and endless love.
