“The NCSA (Newborn Care Specialist Association) would like to apologize to Newborn Care Training Academy, Brittany Hunt and Haleigh Haggerton Almquist for canceling their NCSA membership 2 years ago. We have followed NCTA for the past few years and have found them to be a very reputable and respected training company and would be honored if they decided to return to NCSA as an accredited company. The predictions made by others recently turned out to be false and we are deeply sorry. “
You’ve probably come across this quote from the Newborn Care Specialist Association and thought, “Huh, what happened?”
About two years ago, an activist defied the NCTA with personal allegations involving Brittany and Haleigh. For those of you familiar with NCTA, this is funny, but the scandal ended relations with NCSA. Fortunately, the truth came out and the Newborn Care Specialist Association has apologized on their Facebook page.
We are proud that we have taken a big step with patience throughout this process and we believe that it can be a good example of organizational behavior and expertise. We look forward to working with the Newborn Care Specialist Association in 2017 and are optimistic about the growth of our industry.
